The servomotor comes with an anti rotation flange that can be oriented in 24 different positions.
Its function is to limit the direction of the working zone depending on the installation.
The two mounting brackets fixed in one of the four possible positions, gives a better installation flexibility of the servomotor.

Main Characteristics

Equipped with a brushless motor.
All the aluminium components are fully CNC machined from solid material and anodized.
No moving plastic parts.
All the gears are custom made in hardened steel.
Total weight of the FX75 is 750 g, one of the lightest servomotors available on the market.

General functions and parameters are continuosly controlled and monitored by a powerfull microcontroller, disengaging the servo immediately in case an anomal situation is detected, then informing the pilot.
Data transmission from the ACU module to the servo are provided through a CAN-BUS harness with only two wires for the data and other two for the power supply.
Each servomotor comes with a full kit of mounting accessories.
It is possible to customize few parameters (as described in the manual) trough the menus of the connected instrument (Oblò or Eclipse).

Safe and reliable

In Autopilot off mode servos are disengaged, the internal gears are completely disconnected at difference from other servomotors, the pilot will not feel any residual torque at the command stick, providing a confortable flight.
The output torque of the servos is electronically adjustable, in case of a forced action taking control of the aircraft with the command stick, servos disengage automatically without breaking any shear safety pin (other servomotors require to break the shear pin bringing potentially unsafe situations).

For a top notch mechanical safety level, the gear train is engineered to be reversible: it means that the pilot can overtake the torque of the brushless motor even if the servo is still engaged controlling the aircraft.

Situations like severe turbolence or any other kind of anomaly will not be a problem, because the pilot can take in any case the immediate control of the aircraft.
